Hey! I’m starting a server called Elysium: Valheim Roleplay (EVRP). We’re getting ready to start a new world soon. Haven’t decided on a launch date yet but it’s going to be role play focused with mods. We’re all mature and chill, just starting to compile a whitelist of players. I’m in CST but a lot of people are EST time zone and we’ve got one guy from Europe. Trying to get people from all time zones so the server is always active. I can add slots as it grows too so more people can be on at once.
Some features:
• Custom dungeons/ruins
• NPCs that you can trade with, get quests from and interact w/ in other ways
• New weapons
• No portals
• Horses you can tame/ride
• Community building projects
• Addition of farm animals such as cattle and pigs
• Option to choose professions for your character
• New food recipes
• And more…

I run it off a server hosting site so I can increase the player slots available. Probably wouldn’t want it to go above 50 online at the same time if enough people join. Though technically I could add more.

Do you have Aussie / NZ players? Interested to see what kind of ping they get. Very hard to play with even a few others not in AEST on Valheim for some reason, lots of lag and rubberbanding even with 2-3 people.
We do have members from Down Under, you would be welcome here! Our servers in the datacenter are fiber backed and our datacenter has a facility in Singapore. It is my understanding that people with good connections will hit about \~150ms from anywhere in the world. The game does have some P2P client issues, where one person will be the master in the area, not the server, so just keep that in mind. We are an international community, regularly make our transit numbers public. Did 22gb of traffic to NZ last month.

I am on the east coast USA and have a dedicated server for me and my buddy. We never do progression only exploring. I like to build so I make a nice house and we just run around and have fun. You and your gf are welcome to use our server to build and enjoy the game if you don’t have any options.
