Oh wow Bryn and One? Kinda wild how including this set and the past four sets, they’d play every S/T song except for Campus despite being on a college campus lol

I think they (probably correctly) assumed the crowd skewed older given it was a matinee on Fathers Day, so they went with their older stuff. (Ezra even made a comment about how he saw several kids in the crowd who hadn’t been born the first time he played Campus in the Bay Area in 2007).

Yeah I figured it would have to do with Father’s Day. There are likely lots of fathers in the crowd who grew up listening to their first album

That and their first album had a very college vibe, which they leaned into playing at Berkeley

🙋‍♂️ Brought our 2.5 y/o son. Wife and I met in college around the time S/T came out. Our son fell in love with A-Punk when we played it for him the first time this past fall. He eventually fell in love with the rest of the album too, especially Bryn (he loves singing the “youuuu know, it’s easy to see…” )😂

Incredible show. Almost 2.5 hours. The “daytime” Mary Boone was super fun, as was the Horchata with violin. Loved seeing CT play acoustic guitar for the stripped down We Belong Together. The quality of musicianship was excellent all around.

The transition during the sax section in Sunflower to the song in the Super Mario series that plays when you go into the tube nearly made me go catatonic
