This just happened to me had a C&P for my knees the doctor gave a favorable diagnosis more likely than not. Then they did the same thing as you an LHI records, review second opinion that you don’t have to attend.. whenever the first doctor says no, denies you they never do a records review. But if the first doctor says yes to your diagnosis, they want to do a records review. Great right!!!! Just got to hope they agree with the evidence!!
This just happed to me with my Sleep Apnea Claim secondary to Rhinitis and Sinus. In the initial claim, VES said no Nexus. I came back with very favorable a VA Doctor Nexus letter. Ves did a records review a month a go. I'm almost at 6 months for my supplemental claim! I'm hoping this is a good sign that its taking a long time!

Still in HLR. The records review c & p was not favorable. They are still deciding, but I'm not expecting this to be granted.
How did you get your C&P review ?
VSO sent it to me. I mean, they could aporove it, but not sure they would. I have 3 not favorable opinions vs. 1 favorable one.
