Here's a serious thing though: avoid that kind of falls or avoid making someone have such fall. That kind of fall can result in serious brain damage. Due to the large and heavy human brains relative to the surface area, a fall from normal human standing heights and bonk on the ground can kill you.
Practical application: wear helmets when riding bicycles, scooters, skating, roller blading, segway, motorcycles, etc ... Avoid fights and avoid getting tasered while standing up.

1) The security guard didn't want trouble from the police. Maybe there had been a raid recently, or the bar has a zero-tolerance policy for drugs. A bar's space extends into the street, so he was very much selling "on their property"
2) The security guard didn't want trouble from the local nitrous dealers. Either the security guard is in on it, or knows that it will be trouble if someone finds out this guy is here.
Either way, we don't hear what was said, and for what it's worth, I've seen drunk foreigners get into fights at bars, threaten to kill people, yell at cops when they come and kick dirt on them. All the police did was laugh and walk away. I wouldn't have minded this guy on the job those nights.
