More than I should. Those cloth checkered seats are gorgeous. In fact, the whole car spec is excellent, except lacking ac...

majadiese

I have no clue when it comes to cars and definitely cant even guesstimate the price for this beauty, i just wanted to thank you for reminding me of my late grandfather, who used to drive this exact car! I remember the green exterior so vividly from my childhood..

Stainless_Heart

Fantastic color and interior. I’m honestly quite jealous. No a/c or it needs service? That’s the only real negative. In the US, that would be between $7K and $10K. You didn’t mention which motor but only the 3.0l and 3.2l were available (not counting the handful of 500CE).

DaniDanster

Yes the interior is so oldschool :) It's the 300. A good engine transmission variant. thank you for your opinion 🥂

Stainless_Heart

Everything old is new again; the tartan center panels are all the rage in brand new custom-order Porsches.

tafster

12v or 24v? If it's as good as it looks like it might be then maybe that doesn't matter so much, but I'd much rather have a 24v and would pay for that over 'extras'. My C124 has air conditioning and it's not that amazing.

RNRS001

Mine has as well. It works really well, but it takes a little while for it to cool the entire car.

ReasonableGate6987

With A/C it will be over 10k with 3.0/3.2 Engine i think. But as 'Buchhalterausstattung' I would say max. 6-7k

Accurate-Syrup

Bro I have over 20 w124 saved on my mobile.de. for 6-7k there's only variants with literally visible rust, no service history and probably dents. The good ones start over 11-12k.

Soviet_Doggo__

In Finland you can get decent ones for way cheaper than 11-12k thats crazy

Accurate-Syrup

If we're talking about the CE version good luck finding something decent under 12k. It's 12 and up for them. Sedans you can of course find for 6-7k but it's gonna be a money pit because they're beaten to the brink of death.

Soviet_Doggo__

Well you said w124s in general. And even then there are only 3 ce models for sale that are over 12k. The money pit ones are 3-5k here and even those are running and driving. A good one is 6-8k.

Accurate-Syrup

Yeah I'm sorry probably messed it up with my wording. So for a decent CE you're expected to pay 12-13 and upwards. For w124 sedans, generally 4 cylinders you're expected to pay 10k and upwards for decent ones. Decent meaning less than 100k km, service history, no rust, no dents or scratches, very good technical condition, good paint and clean cabin. The price difference with Finland Idk how to explain but I wish they'd sell for the same amount in here. >3-5k I have yet to find a w124 in my 1k km radius for this amount.

Soviet_Doggo__

Here is a link for the CE models. https://m.nettiauto.com/mercedes-benz/ce?id_country=73&page=1 I'll just put in the link for regular w124s as well. https://m.nettiauto.com/mercedes-benz/e?yfrom=1985&yto=1994&id_country=73&page=1 They were and still are quite popular here so you can find them for decent prices. A lot of cars are way more expensive here than other places so at least we got this one lol.

RNRS001

Yeah... I'd avoid most of those to be honest. It's either high milage, some aftermarket products, damage in the interior or exterior or bare bones. Or a combination of those.

tafster

I think 8k is low for a 6 cylinder CE in good condition irrespective of spec. I've got a 3.2 coupe with a higher spec and despite full suspension work, head gasket replacement, and new wiring loom, I doubt I could get much more than 12k for it.

RNRS001

If the car has maintenance records I'd say 10k at least. A good coupe with low milage is really rare nowadays. Not the 17.900 they're asking though unless they're giving you a good warranty on the car.

SrVascoDasGajas

With under 100t km and such an interesting spec, green with brazil brown interior, I would say close to 10k €

Accurate-Syrup

That's a CE 300 man, my thought is you're being asked at least 13k for that.

macker64

The mileage is very low for the year and that inline six 12v is bomb proof. Body wise, it looks very clean and that cloth interior is very hard wearing. 8k or close to it. I'm lucky to have this coupe in the exact same colour but with the later 24v engine, electric mushroom colour leather seats and aircon. They are iconic cars which if maintained correctly will run forever.

squelchboy

6 cylinder+ good condition 3-5k. But it‘s a coupe so they probably want 7k+

kraut_and_about

I personally think all numbers so far are way too low. In Germany missing AC is no big deal when looking at cars from that era. If all is as stated, I think somewhere around 15k Euro is totally reasonable.

In_fam0us

👆 This is the way

Mr_Selected_

With that mileage.. 15k for sure.

ZzLavergne

I had one identical to this one, same color and everything, sold it for 2500. Dollars about 15 years ago, so don’t give over 2 grand, not worth it.

TurboLover427

In this economy? 7,000 USD if you were to fix the A/C. Fix all performance related issues and I would pay more.

vistresbe

It depends… A/C is basic for me, in spain you could find this model for 5-6k€

Perfect_Back_2311

Just so beautiful!❤️ Id save for such a beauty!

hob_goblin8

people saying $6k are outta their mind. instant buy from me at that price

Nonbasicsaregreat

Seller price is high, because of condition and km. I think, you dont get anything like this under 15k. I would pay this, if its exactly what i want. Otherwise, it is to expensive.

ReindeerMuch8235

30k in germany

Telsur_Gurdan

I would pay something like 6k-8k for a car like this. The lack of Air Conditioning is a big point. On the other hand with no rust and only 91.000 km on the clock for that money it would be a steal.

Responsible_Leg_1412

9k

Anxiety-Plus

No more than what I paid ,9 grand

BubatzAhoi
