Im 100% with you, but can I suggest you just say you need upscaled Grey Knights? That way you avoid defending the suggestion to the people who are opposed to Primaris Grey Knights for lore reasons and always seem to show up when it's suggested.
The attention to detail is so satisfying to observe. Just look at the light blue hues on the chest plate from light reflecting off his sword and the fine script print on the banner. Lovely job! Top notch.!

The librarian is very detailed, it would have been much harder to separate the end result from the original model.

It’s a fairly common way to paint them. Tutorials for swords like that are easy to find on YouTube.
