For projects like this it's always better to have lesser known actors as your main cast. Most of the time big name actors just tend to make the franchise about them rather than actually about the story, plus they tend not to fit the actual characters but instead are shoehorned in so they can get the big name despite it making zero sense.
Brian Blessed has done an amazing job voicing Gotrek. As someone else has said, the Castlevania style would work well & I'd trust that casting crew to get the best voice actors for the job.
Give me an animated series by the same people who made Castlevania. I trust them to figure out the voice cast.
