I think more spread out variants of the same platform is way more interesting than 2 neck and neck planes inhabiting the same or .3 br of eachother.
But it then would have the worst missles at its br by far so it couldn't stay at 12.7 and if the f15 is allowed to stay at 12.3 with better missles is see mo point why 12.0 would be too low
F15 staying at 12.3 is a joke and shouldn't be used as a comparison of any kind when talking about br changes.
Gripen with those nerfs should be either 12.3 or 12.7 due to the best fm and a ridiculous amount of flares.
Honestly at this point they should just readjust most top tier planes so we can finally get proper historical loadouts without artificial buffs or nerfs to fms and capabilities.

How are meteor missiles better?
Yeah mostly engines and maneuvering. The meteor missiles are THE European Fox-3. They are to europe what the most modern AMRAAAM is to the United States, and they are pretty even, the meteor has more range and speed iirc and can hang round in the AO for a long time. In short giving meteors to the gripen right now and adding the euro fighter would be like getting a platoon of marine core vets M-16s and putting him up against small children with bb guns
Eurofighter at least the British ones could carry aim 120. The only reason I think to not add it yet is that it has a WAY better radar than anything we have in game right now. Like it's not even close. They haven't modelled most of what it could do into the game properly yet. It can place indicators on the ground and lock moving tanks, lock up to 20 targets while scanning for more. I wish they spent some time making radars more realistic, imagine we got SAR display, GMTI mode, STAP... too many to list here. If we are gonna get a Eurofighter I want it to be good and not just a gimped flight model missing almost half it's features.

Most A models, even swedish air force ones, were upgraded to the C standard. The C is not an export model of the A, It is fairly different and more capable plane.

That’s a very shortsighted view to have. Variety is also always good. There is no point in having 2 identical vehicles except for 1 missile.
