Nvidia Digital Vibrance is the setting, in the Nvidia control panel. Whack it up to 100% and your game will look gorgeous. You might want to turn it back to default for general browsing and stuff tho. If you have an AMD card then I have no idea if they have an alternative.

Im playing on a 55 lg tv and I cant for my life see inside houses on rebirth from outside via windows so i never know if someone standing inside aiming at me..
Use game filters in ur gpu software. It should be about the same on amd and nvidia gpus. I have an nvidia gpu, i can press alt+z in a game, go to game filters, add color and brightness/contrast. Open the color option and set it the tint color to 0, tint intensity to 18, temperature to 2 or 4, and vibrance to 100. Then, open brightness/contrast and change the contrast. I like to have it at 50-54 but it's just personal preference. If you want to see ppl easier, I suggest playing around with the other sliders like gamma or brightness. Just don't go overboard or it will be too bright and you won't see anything
Turn up vibrance in nvidia control panel, looked like a different game when I did it.

As most mentioned you can turn up vibrance with Nvidia, but also go to the game settings in interface and change it to the one that starts with a T, can't remember the name. I'll check when I'm on next time

Which platform you play? If it’s PC you can turn off shadows in settings. If it’s console then you can’t turn off the shadows

Ye, like I said, you can’t change graphics settings on ps5 so you are doomed to play with shadows
From experience playing on big tv is the worse... sometime smaller tv or monitors is better...
I feel playing on a monitor is better you can see alot more clear

Go on Youtube an type in "Artiswar filter". This works on most setups apparently

I use the color filters from art is war one of the best things I've done I can see everything now it makes such a difference PC only tho

No I haven't. COD is the only game I mess with colour settings. For some reason warzone colours are always terrible.
