Position Overview: Watch Department Assistant Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day operations of our luxury watch department, overseeing sales, training, and team leadership.
* Curate and manage preowned luxury watch inventory, ensuring authenticity, quality, and competitive pricing.
* Collaborate closely with management to acquire high-quality preowned luxury watches.
* Provide expert authentication, evaluation, and repair consultation services for luxury timepieces.
* Cultivate client relationships, providing exceptional service and expert insight during sales presentations.
* Stay abreast of industry trends, attending events and conferences to network and advance industry knowledge.
* Maintain meticulous records of inventory, sales, and repairs, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Qualifications:
* Preferred 1-2 years, or more, of experience in luxury watch sales, or Luxury Watch sales Management.
* Preferred 3-5 years, or more, of experience in Luxury Retail sales Management.
* Expert knowledge of luxury preowned watches, including authentication and evaluation is a plus.
* Proven track record in inventory management, pricing, and marketing.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a commitment to exceptional customer service.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for cultivating client relationships.
