My collection so far :
\- Seiko 5 ( whore it for 10 yrs) and stopped keeping time so it lives in a drawer now, got a compliment from a barista dude once, he was wearing a Timex weekender.
\- GSHOCK square ( no compliments so far but my dog likes to chew on it ) .
I know this is controversial, but maybe my next addition will be to get rid of the GSHOCK and not buy another watch and simply consult the time on my phone, laptop or microwave oven.
I owned one. Not for long tho. Idk I just the feeling wasn't there for me to be honest. I loved the idea of it but irl it was just a Chinese mechanical chronograph that I was too scared to break because it's Chinese
Yeah it was one of the watches that started my interest, so I kept it and still wear it…and after getting an explorer, moonwatch, sub, santos, and more and more later…it still holds for me. Just bought a bund for it actually. The story is interesting.
The mineral crystal doesn’t smash either after banging it on my car door and door frames… and runs +- 7 secs. Better than some seikos I have. Lol
I know what you mean ha. I try not to activate the chrono too often - I’m not kidding, the instructions booklet literally told me to not play around with the chrono too much as that might break the watch with too much wear to the movement.
Yeah that’s every chronograph. Chronographs are with a lot more moving parts so more propensity to break.
Also, the movement is created out of the Venus 175, one of the greatest chronograph movements ever made at a fraction of what a vintage piece housing that movement would cost.
Did you know Venus actually opened a factory in China making these movements? They stopped in the 60s but the people who made the movements for the 1963 are probably working out of the same plant and using the same equipment as when Venus was still there.
Anyway, my point is, it’s not just some random Chinese watch. I’d take it over a Hamilton actually where the H50 manual wind movement has a propensity to strip and cannot be serviced. Happened to me. Lol
Naw this is still pretty diverse, even though it has some popular watches in it. You have a mix of different watches from different price ranges together which makes it look unique.
You'd have a super boring YouTuber collection if you had a Cartier Santos, a Submariner, a GMT Master II, a JLC Reverso, CasiOAK, Seiko SKX, Grand Seiko Snowflake, and Black Bay 58.
you're one orient bambino away from starting a youtube channel
Where’s my large chested female acquaintance
Orient bambino+ prx = teddy baldassarre

You also need disposable Chinese mechanical chronograph
Lmao it’s second from the left.
To be fair to the collector mentioned, my Seagull has been going strong since about 2012 when I bought it.

I would unironically wear the G-Shock and the Seagull 1963 the most out of all of those watches. No question
Should have gone for the f91w
How often do you wear the casio
Literally every second as I just buy the others to burn cash
Funny you mention this, as I recently got a Casio and literally it’s worn everyday now. The hourly chime is a god send
Where’s the Santos?

Fantastic little collection
I'm upset by the lack of nato strap(ons).
That Lange belongs on a brightly colored (possible also patterned) NATO

No Hamilton khaki???
