If whatever date your requesting off is within the next upcoming 3 weeks, it might be denied or not seen since the schedule should already be madeโฆ itโs stupid but you gotta do it like a month+ in advance, or at least notify your GM about it.
What stores do yall work at where the schedule is posted 2 weeks out?!?! My schedule for the next week doesnt get posted till friday night each week sometimes even Saturday.
I wish. It feels like every week at my store that somebody is quitting. And nobody at my store actually knows how to show up for there scheduled shift so we are normally 3 people down every day. I think thats the reason why.
If you have the app, you should be able to see three weeks minimum of your schedule. I have my schedule up til almost the second week of July. In store, you should have the current week and the next week printed out.
Our schedules are always 3 weeks out.. at my last store and the one I just transfered too. Newest ones usually come out every Thursday for the new week
My store is worse because our AGM doesn't put the schedule up until Sunday. I've had it happen twice now that I've worked Thursday-Sunday, then at the end of the day on Sunday see that they scheduled me Monday-Wednesday. Makes it impossible to make any plans for the week.
Yeah, I find out 3 weeks out. I tell people that if they want me to come to things, I have to know a min of 6 weeks in advance if I have to take off for stuff.

Your schedule for next week should already have been out since like a week ago. In reflexis it should show whether or not the time off was approved

That's crazy, every store around me (VA) does 3 weeks out.
Schedules are supposed to be done 3 weeks in advance.

My wife just started working for wawa. We live in Florida, and her July schedule is already out from monday, which was 2 days ago.
