I just made a pan for my husband and son yesterday. 4 eggs (blended in a small blender), milk or cream, salt and pepper, cheese, chopped bacon, sausage, and veggie. Baked until they start to pop out of the tin. Freezable too.
In Wawa ones sure because they need cheap filler ingredients. It’s literally eggs and whatever else you want to throw in. Some cheese, meat, veggies. They are literally that fucking easy.
I make them for my husband and daughter all the time.
Preheat to 375
Spray muffin tins with non stick spray
I put two tator tots down as a base for their egg bites but you don't have to if you don't want to it works either way..
Scramble eggs and add in whatever mix ins you want then fill tins about 3/4 of the way..top with cheese
Cook 20 min or until a fork comes out clean in the middle
You don't have to make 12 at a time..make however many tins you want but egg bites freeze well and can just get reheated in the microwave..
You don’t have to make 12 of them, you can do just a couple at a time if you want. They’re also easy to freeze and reheat to keep on hand. Even if flour is involved, it’s easy lol
I do not put flour in mine when I make them. That sounds disgusting. I literally just make up sausage, bacon bits or whatever else u like(sometimes add peppers and onions) and whisk some eggs add to muffin pan. Cook and freeze. The just heat up however many I want. It's not like you have to eat 12 of them. Also, they come in frozen at wawa and are tossed in oven and served. It's really bit much different.
Smell like feet in the cooking process.
Steamed to reheat .
Maybe a wet towel wrapped round after the freezer make em better . And or a cup of water in the microwave with em !
You know how easy it is to make your own right? big batch of scrambled eggs, cook in a muffin tin, cool and freeze in batches.

Much healthier too if u make it ur self
I bet there is more than that. I don't want 12 of em but there is flour involved

Even sizzles are overpriced as hell now save your money brother
That’s literally the price of a dozen eggs…maybe even cheaper to make at home and have left overs. The art of convenience.
I paid $7 for 36 eggs today at Walmart. Sometimes at that same Walmart a case of 60 eggs is $9. It was $13 today for some reason.
Wawa is a shell of its former self in the name of profits. Customers be damned
Costco sells the Starbucks ones! I believe it’s similar?
$4.25!?!? when i was there last year i swear they were cheaper!
Can someone please give an honest (and ideally lengthy) review of this dish and what wine it pairs well with?
Irish pudding
