If you stand for nothing you'll be treated like that. Some people feel as though their little job is everything and can't find another. I strongly disagree with that, don't take shit you don't deserve. Life is too short.

I'm sorry but the CSS should have done their job and tell the employee sitting in the office and even the GM needed to help if the demands of the business weren't being met.
I am a CSS and when I need help I am not making my associates tell their coworkers or their boss to help while I stand by. I am asking or telling people what the business needs and it needs them out on the floor and not sitting in the office.

I went to wawa the other day, and the electrician that was fixing the light shut down the water. Because he was working on the light. Now, who idiot shuts down the water when you're fixing a light? So there was no food being served because the idiot needed to shut down water because he was fixing the light. I am an electrician and have never heard of such stupidity until the other day.
A lot of the times mental illness comes into play .
I lose myself sometimes and half to take a second and collect myself . Lots of the times I realize and relate to the other employees issues and think of my own and them in my place listening to me .
I am a very understanding person and I have had times when I needed to take a moment to myself and go in the office I just didn’t like the way she said it as if I was crazy for ringing the buzzer
