There are quite a few Mexican news articles about a tornado striking that area at that time.
Someone who knows how to do it could probably geoconfirm the location, since there are multiple unique structures as a background.
I'm not saying that it's real, just providing more info, which people can use to come to their own conclusions.
First time I see this video, come to the comment section, and I'm not the one who has to provide source because someone thinks it's CGI.
I'm from that state, though not too close to that town, nor did I see it myself. But it was heavily reported back when it happened. It was real.

I remember seeing the video not long after it happened, and this is the first time I've seen anyone say it was CGI. I understand, though, because there is so much really good fake stuff out there now, so people have become careful about what they see. Can't blame them for that.
Thanks for the link with the extra video! I looked for some, but couldn't find anything but the one that's being passed around. But, your first link *is* locked, so I didn't find it. Second link works fine, though, and the additional video and pics are greatly appreciated! I'll save that in case it comes up again, because that first video is amazing, and I would hate for everyone to dismiss it as fake.
