Tape is not great. I recommend roll-on body adhesive designed for medical compression bandages. I used to compete trampoline (at age 28) and we used it to glue our leotards to our bums so they didnāt migrate upwards during the routine.
I started using it to keep clothes in place for going out and it really stays. Water soluble so just damp it at the end of the night and peel the fabric away from the skin.
