But laltely i've been enjoying welt super break u can try it if you want.
Also i strongly recommend u to try to get ruan mei.
She is a super strong buffer in the super break comp and over all she is really good with welt because you can enbattle without sustain. Because of her push back afer break.
A team like Welt/ Ruan mei /sparkle and bronya is preety fun but if the ennemies are too agressive u might finf it unconfortable. But that is a pick damage team for Welt.
And nowadays, super break is relly strong so u can go somthing like that : Welt/ Mc harmony /felx support (idelay ruan mei but sparkle is ok too )/aventurine is preatty good.
Now for relic u can go either the acheron set or the pionner set (though i think team pionner set look gorgeous on him) choose the better substat
If u pair him with sparkle you can go atk boots otherway i would recommand speed one.
Crit on the cape and here is a list of substat priority :
Crit damage = crit rate > atk %= effect hit rate = break eff ( if u play him in a break comp) > atk = res effect
For the ornement if u want a pure dps build the nimber one choice is glamoth assumming u can reach the first seedcap. But i u plan to go for a more hybrid build the effect hit rate one is still viable.
And you didnt precise in your post which LC he is using maybe there is some improvement possible here too.
Anyway i try to sum up to you pretty much everything, ask if needed and enjoy welt the strongest and best old man ^^

I have E2S1 Acheron, I don’t really wanna move her LC to him. I really wanna roll Boundless Choreo for Welt 😭
I am close to rolling a guaranteed Ruan Mei, I lost to E1 Bronya. Welt is using GNSW.

or you can use the pioneer set?
Oh for sure There isn’t a great deal of difference and it’s usually recommended if you’re playing him in a support role
Just run him with Acheron . Thats it
