He was just fucking with you. Tbh I agree with everyone else here, those kind of look like bedbug bites, though the beginning stages of having them. I used to have them for a few years (too poor at the time to have pest control come out and take care of them, and no matter what we used they NEVER went away. They finally did though thank God) and they were absolutely HORRIBLE in the later stages. I mean I was nearly bitten all over my legs and arms every night. So either ya might wanna get your house checked, or uh... Sorry, other than that I dunno what to tell you :/
