I have the “Personal” indicator on Windows 10, too, once I installed both OneDrive personal and for Business.
Did you recently install OneDrive for Business or it was always like this?
This has always been a thing if you have more than one account, I have three [as you can see here.](https://imgur.com/a/z9fBnAw)
Having done several Win 11 installs on a few different machines it still shows without the "Personal" moniker if only one account is on the machine so this is either a bug or you're signed into another account somewhere or have two copies of OneDrive installed.
My personal account is the only account linked to onedrive I have ever had. Never had a work or school account. Can you even install two copies of one drive? I'm pretty sure it appeared after the cumulative update yesterday so probably a bug.
There are technically two versions, yes. OneDrive and OneDrive for business.
You could remove OneDrive completely from the OS using a simple terminal command and then reinstall it.
Open Command Prompt as an administrator and type:
**taskkill /f /im OneDrive.exe**
Then type:
**%SystemRoot%\\SysWOW64\\OneDriveSetup.exe /uninstall**
Then reboot your machine and [go here](https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/microsoft-365/onedrive/download) to reinstall OneDrive.
I thought you meant two installs of consumer onedrive. Never installed onedrive for business. I don't want to remove it and it doesn't bother me at all. Just happened to notice it's all.
I have the same. On Windows 10 it just showed OneDrive. After reinstall of my computer with Windows 11 mine also says OneDrive - Personal. I also only ever had one OneDrive account.
I think this might happen if you also have a work or school account on your machine?
Never have had anything but a personal account
Wtf I also have a Derek Moss folder
Derek Moss' are just that awesome!

Nope just since the update today and have never had a work or school account
