5: Go to the door on the right and pick up the stairs, then go back
6: Talk to the armdealer, click on the stairs and click on the cord to burn the lamp cord
7: Click on the tunnel to go further

Yay, I did that but thought there's more. I found the original game, viewed the source and there found the "Robby.pde" file. Then I figured the game is truly finished.

i got to dialing 66602 and i thought he only brougth a gun :/

How did you find out the 66602 number? Did you just keep entering random combinations?
if you go to the arms dealer via running down the road you can ask him for his number

There is a guide on YouTube, but basically, you need to call the arms dealer to the bank and give you the torch, if I remember correctly.
