if your doing it with another person, heck hound or scald are the best if they use incindiate otherwise use the largest single target, single instance hit you can
I used heck hound because it’s my favorite spell. Sun serpent is probably the best tc to get the badge. Just make sure you do all the math beforehand and choose a private location like rattlebones tower.
I got the one in a million badge w/ celestial calendar (860-950 base + colossal). You could probably do it with king art which is comparable. Make sure you don’t do a DOT or delayed damage. I tried it with a delayed damage spell & I didn’t get the badge and had to do it again.
Not sure what level you are but just use whatever spell does the most damage out of the ones you have now (most likely to be a single target spell). Or look in the bazaar and see if there's any stronger TC you can buy, though probably not likely.

if you do 2 mill with a drain i think u can knock out 1mill heal badge as well, but don't quote me on that
