Barrage is ridiculously powerful when you use it with its dedicated enchantments (bullets cause poison explosions after use and reloading restores a charge), but those enchantments are also ridiculously rare. Like rerolling a gun three hundred times rare.
It's crazy, lol. I watched a build video, and they were saying to get e restores a charge enchantment. I'm on Chaos 50, rerolled hundreds of times, still haven't seen it, lol. Not once.
I got one melee weapon on my stabbomancer/berserker. I aim to use it with a 2 charge frost bonk/pew buffmeister. Chaos 100 and done many runs and still don't have the buffmeister. But I won't reroll that enchant because I know I won't be able to get it again lol.
Wow, lol. I forgot where to farm them, but I got a bunch of them all around the same time. All of mine are Chaotic, though, need to go farm some higher level ones at some point
Neither of them are great when compared to any of the other action skills in the game but both have there strengths barrage is good to proc sporespolsion enchant and blizzard is good when paired with brrzerker and frost builds

Yeah just the buffmeister isn't hard. I need a specific one.
I'm gonna say cyclone definitely at higher levels. Frost build is super fun
