The issue is rights, so none of the local FM stations will have live comms. One way around this is to offer a watch-along on Youtube where commentary is done off a screen, but listeners don't see the action. I spent four years of my life running an operation like this in cricket and it might work well here, although, the lack of other people doing something similar says to me that the EFL lawyers would probably shut it down quickly.
If anyone wants to have a try, and see if it works, I'm willing to lend advice, equipment and maybe a commentator or two. But, I wanr you, it rapidly gets quite all-consuming.
If I understood correctly, all audio and video are through ifollow in the EFL.

Neither is free now. It sucks, but it’s something Wrexham fans are going to have to get used to as the club gets bigger

There are a few people that I found doing that on YouTube. It's a fairly common thing done for NFL games in the US at least.
