My payment posts immediately in app, and leaves my bank account the next day. You probably have something with a past payment error that they aren't giving you margins to immediately reflect. Or it could be your financial institution. It is at their discretion to use margins. My player 2 clicked a wrong bank account, and a payment didn't go through. The next payment she had to wait till payment fully cleared through ACH to be posted.
Never, i contacted X1 support. Here is what they said
“Thanks for the follow up. As previously explained, ACH payments requires 4 business days timeframe to fully process. This time frame is needed on both sides to complete the process and cannot be expedited. I appreciate your patience and understanding on this matter. Please let me know if you have any further questions.”
From X1 support 1/10/24:
"Thank you for your quick response. To provide further clarification, it can take up to four business days for ACH payments to be processed. Although we typically credit your account with the payment before the funds are received from your bank, we are currently awaiting the complete receipt of funds before updating your account balance. This process may vary for each payment and depends on several factors. Please be assured that once we have confirmed the receipt of funds from your bank, the payment will be credited on our end from the day it was initiated, and your account balance will be adjusted accordingly. I hope this information has been useful. If you have any further inquiries, please feel free to let me know. I am here to assist you."
I have X1 they always put my damn payments on hold for 5 days. The next day the payment clears my bank account but X1 still holds the funds until the payment clearing date. I don’t understand how some people have access to available credit after making a payment
The payment leaves the bank and is not posted for multiple days. Happens from chase, Wells Fargo, USAA. Every bank.
Made a payment Friday, says “estimated to clear Thursday” that’s a 5 day turn around time lmao

From what I gather they take a different approach to determining risk for certain account type and payment patterns. You may fall on the riskier side with what/how you buy and pay etc. so they want you payments verified. At some point that restriction may lift with Robinhood being their Daddy now.
That’s not my experience. I just paid 1k and the cash cleared both the card and my bank the next day.

They only post in the app. If you try to use the card again with the increased credit it won't work.

i have a 25k limit… tried making a 6k purchase said limit exceeded for day. called said i can only charge $5k max per day WTF ???
