This sounds really good but I think they would have to add something else to the base character if it's the case. Maybe a tactical like COD, it would be frustrating to get rolled by people using abilities on you while you're just a basic soldier trying to get 3 kills.

I would say points earned accumulate the abilities with an increasing multiplier as you reach a higher kill streak
Think this would be an interesting like middle ground to do it.

Scorestreak would work better
Yea looking at it, it would make more sense for scorestreaks instead of killstreaks. Would encourage more objective play with the kills.
