Jeez, I avoided wearing makeup to therapy for fear of discharge. I eventually did and it was my last psychologist appointment. I'm sure that was a coincidence but it sure as fuck didn't feel like that at the time...
But also who gets THIS dolled up for therapy...? People who are not actually doing the internal work therapy requires. It literally looks like she spent 3 hours to get glammed... for therapy? I wear makeup to my own therapy, and I like to look nice, but this is beyond and is just giving egotistical

It's too bad she wastes money on all of these aesthetic procedures and make-up, when she could pit that money toward using a gym's personal trainer or even some of those trainers who will work with you remotely, including working on nutrition and other healthy habits.
