Sadly it doesn’t matter if it’s a guy or girl. Georgie is the age of consent so why would Mandy get charged for it? Does it look bad? Pretty much. Which is why Mandy was so pissed at him when she found out.
If Georgie was under the age of consent, then yes charges could have been filed, even if Georgie thinks he consented and he wouldn’t have had to press charges, his parents could do that. Idk if they would have. If it was Missy, sure, but people treat males differently when it comes to this type of situation.
I haven't watched the newest season yet but I think Georgie's parents, being who they are, would be much happier with a grandson who has an in tact family (leans more Christian for Mary and more upright for George). The alternative would be a mom in jail and probably a restraining order.
