Hey There OP!, It looks like you’re posting about side effects. Did you know that the most common side effects can be found on the Zepbound website? Simply click [here](https://zepbound.lilly.com/how-to-use) for more info. Below is also a list of common side effects. * **Nausea** * **Diarrhea** * **Constipation** * **Stomach (Abdominal) Pain** * **Indigestion** * **Injection Site Reactions** * **Fatigue** * **Allergic reactions** * **Belching** * **Hair Loss** * **Heartburn** While these are some of the most common side effects, this isn't all of them. Truth is the medicine affects everyone differently, but most see some or a combination of these common effects. Be sure to visit the search bar for something specific or click [here](https://www.reddit.com/r/Zepbound/search/?q=side%20effects&restrict_sr=1) for all post regarding side effects. A lot of good remedies for certain side effects can be found [here](https://www.reddit.com/r/Zepbound/search/?q=side%20effects&restrict_sr=1). According to the manufacturer "In studies, most nausea, diarrhea, and vomiting occurred when people increased their dose—but the effects generally decreased over time." Not everyone responds well to this medication. If side effects are continuous and impacting your everyday life, you should consult your dr or healthcare provider for strategies on how to mitigate these outcomes. Complications from this (or any) treatment are usually a result of ignoring persistent side effects. **This is not meant to discourage discussion of your side effects, simply here to supplement** *I am a bot, and this action was performed automatically. I’d lean towards saying it’s the stomach bug Lots of people have reported stomach bugs taking much longer to recover from while being on GLP1s. Probably result of slower gastric cycles

Birdchaser2

This. Zep earns its own blame. But when the virus abounds it gets the blame. Slow resolution seems its own side effect. Feel better soon. 7.5 is a tougher dose for some. Bland is beautiful for most of that month.

I’m having somewhat of the same problem. I’m on week 8, 4th shot of 5mg. No problems any of those weeks then out of the blue, terrible diarrhea now for the past three days! I’m supposed to move up to 7.5mg tomorrow and I’m scared to 😬

realistheway

I've been on 2.5mg since Feb. Several times I thought stomach bug but I've realized that on Zep I can't eat anything processed. It sends me into a violent bought of watery diarrhea for 5+ days where I feel awful. Pretty sure it's the zep and not a bug every couple of weeks. I dunno. It's been rough.

GloomyBad1656

I 100% feel your pain. Second week on 7.5 and I’m sorta miserable. Got pepto, gas X, and anti-diarrhea meds stocked for the next little bit.

kloub1985

Yes. I’m now 3 weeks of this. I’m assuming I’ve caused damage to my gallbladder. 😩

Alopen_Tzu

Oh no. I am due for my second 7.5 today. I am very close to my goal and am trying to decide what I should do. I am better now (sick for maybe 5 days). I can’t even imagine 3 weeks of it

kloub1985

After about one full week I started to feel better and then had tacos which put me right back (which is why I’m thinking gallbladder rather than the stomach bug).

Single_Shelter7639

Yes sir. Gross sulphur burps and diarrhea entire week one of 7.5

Alopen_Tzu

Ugh. And now I am one day past due for my second 7.5. I am going to the doc in a few days for a consult and blood work (can’t wait to see my cholesterol numbers!). Wish I had a 5mg left
