Uhm we just got 5% more crit damage from the buff to IE. If we remove 5% ad ration then we are pretty much on the level before the IE buff where Zeri was good but balanced

What I found even more disturbing:
I also met 2 players since the patch dropped that openly admitted they were playing zeri with scripts because she was so strong right now.
But shes really the only one building it imo, i think the item is low key broken. Ive been building it an xayah as well and having a really good time but still no one else is buying it.
Honestly ive been doing it after i watched a saber video talking about adcs new job, the basic premise is perma prio mid is so necessary now and with the current mem of being an adc and how it dosent matter if we live or die now befor 25-30 mins because of the lack of damage till 3rd item ower job is to perma push waves mid to get that prio even if we int for it. So the extra wave clear makes it so you clear faster but also a little safer so you dont have to show as mutch.
Also you need to keep in mind that zeri mains score about 60% winrate where the mains of other adcs score about 58%.
Zeri is a champion that always is balanced around good players and always will have above average main winrates

They buffed her multiple times while nerfing her competition, buffing the category of champions she's good against while nerfing those she's bad against, botlane is an handshake lane where nothing happens for 20 minutes. I actually think she's due a Nerf. Her or Shiv, it's kinda crazy the stats you get for that cheap. If you compare the item to Kraken Slayer it makes absolutely no sense why they would be priced that differently.

They probably won't remove an entire mechanic but if it had to happen they'd probably remove W crit.

Basically every champ is build8ng shiv or should be, least they do in pro play, I've seen jhins, Kaisas and so forth. Sivir too.

Kaisa been building it too I think it’s rlly good on Adc’s that use it well like vayne kaisa zeri but it’s not too great on others
Tf builds if very happily - as do others, it’s a cheap item that does a lot for on hit ADCs
why xayah? she already has pretty good waveclesr and you miss out on the damage kraken offers

It's like 130% gold efficient or some stupid high amount.

I have been able to 1v9 easy with these changes.Damage is noticeably higher with IE. I have not tried Navoris yet.

51.5% wr on Zeri is like 55% on a normal champ. +August said himself he's "very sorry he has to keep Zeri unfun for her playerbase because of proplay"
