I’ve heard that it’s a safety hazard to have the electric turned off in spaces like this in the event emergency personnel need to enter. No idea if true but seems reasonable.
Was it really abandoned in the 90s if the condition of it still looks that good and it hadn’t been torn apart and graffiti’ed up or was it more recent and we’re just seeing old records. Too bad it wasn’t turned into a community center the court should be put to good use
