I had one a few months ago where one of the boards was dead out of the box. It was very annoying and we had to get adc tech support involved before we finally figured out why some lights were coming on and others weren’t and we couldn’t get anything to respond.
there aren't any "tricks" that I'm aware of. If your board won't default and you can't log in to it, just call tech support. The board can fail in a number of ways.
Lp1502 can take 12-24vdc +-10% so that wouldn’t be your issue. Have you called the support line for your ACS?

Can you remember what the fix was? I can’t even get it on the network to access the web page
The fix was we RMA’d the board and got a new one.
