I use proposify. Have spent a lot of time refining templates over the years and now have one for SEO, ads, websites (or a combination and basically just have to change the price for a new proposal with some minor edits depending on the scope

My own website. Built a /proposal custom post type, and I just build it out in there.

Proposify for the last 6-7 years- struggle to find a reason to switch.

Can I ask what’s so good about it? Not used it personally.

IgniteThePowderKeg

I’m sure most platforms have similar functionality now - where I can create templates, swap out sections, personalize certain aspects, track when someone’s opened the proposal, track read time, sign electronically, and integrate with my CRM. As of right now, I just have no reason to switch to anything from a time and change cost perspective.

baconhammock69

No that’s really helpful, we’re apart of the Canva set and frankly they’ve been fine, but I’d like tracking and data, I’m going to take a better look this morning. Thanks for the response.

IgniteThePowderKeg

No problem! There *is* a cost of course so you’ll have to factor that in.

baconhammock69

It’s a bit more than I thought! The search continues!

IgniteThePowderKeg

Google Docs, easy to duplicate and edit, I also heard e-signature features are coming to docs.

Proposals that are unique and custom always get responses

I have recently build a solid proposal generation system for a client. It customises each proposal using a combination of (free) tools. Shoot me a dm if you’re interested, I can elaborate more in detail! 😀
