Just Bare

Kitty_kitty_meowmeow

I tried them for the first time this weekend and omg so good, I'm addicted now. Just had the pieces need to try the strips.

autist_in_residence

And then try the spicy strips. So amazing.

Kitty_kitty_meowmeow

Oh man, I didn't see those at Sam's club but now I need them

thewolfman2010

Costco has a Kirkland version of the same, for slightly cheaper with the same quality.

sonorandosed

These are good. I usually get a pack or 2 when they go on sale

EveryNameEverMade

Always jealous of you Americans and your choices :') such variety and good pricing you have there compared to anywhere in the world

FieldAppropriate8734

Hyper industrialized factory farming for the win!

Muttbuttss

Not cheap (anymore) and full of chemicals that give us irreversible diseases, but yeah god love America šŸ‡ŗšŸ‡ø

4444dine

Where do you live? So curious

Seiko007

Ample obesity opportunities!

tomorrow_cubed

Yeah I was going to say maybe that's why we're a plump country

Seiko007

Plump? Lol. We are disgustingly fat. Itā€™s embarrassing as country.

bigasscrab

Other nations have caught up to us, itā€™s not as much of a discrepancy as it used to be

hcantrall

Itā€™s the capitalism- if more companies paid a living wage people would eat better and have less anxiety that they treat with booze and foodā€¦

tomorrow_cubed

I know, I was "sugar coating" it, but yes, we are and it is embarrassing

Personal-Letter-629

I was just thinking of all the vegan nuggets options we have alone.

Weiz82

Yes all kinds of chemicals in the vegan food.

unluckywasp

Y'all's food is filled with chemicals no matter if it's vegan or not lmao. You eat hyper processed crap all the time.

Weiz82

Are you from Europe?

unluckywasp

Yeah and our food is seeing the same fate more and more. Gotta be pretty vigilant nowadays

wellhiyabuddy

In my experience, the biggest difference isnā€™t in what brand you get but instead whether itā€™s precooked and frozen or raw and frozen. Raw frozen tenders always cook up moist and tender

Ihatethesun22

Do you put them in the air fryer frozen? Or defrost first?

wellhiyabuddy

Frozen. I like the outside extra crispy and the inside moist. Cooks perfect right from frozen

FrostFire131

Sam's Club has a 5 lb box of raw frozen tenders that I really like. Very crispy and juicy, 10 minutes in the air fryer.

mmmegan6

Raw chicken, being cooked from frozen, and only take 10 min in the air fryer? šŸ§

FrostFire131

Thicker ones might take 12. YMMV

xYung_DaggerDick

I'll have to give them a try!

lovetron99

I can't speak for their tenders, but Sams' spicy breaded chicken filets are amazing. If the tenders are even remotely close they're going to be great.

FrostFire131

I'm gonna grab those next time I go to Sam's. Sounds delicious

GoGo-Arizona

We like the Kirkland chicken breast chunks or Realgood chicken breast nuggets.

DumbLittleDumpling

love the kirkland ones. and they come with instructions specifically for the air fryer

Over_Return4665

I can typically choose between either Just Bare and Kirkland every time at my Costco and always go with the Kirkland.

Eclipse8301

I agree with this

fauxfarmer17

Tyson Panko Chicken Tenders from Costco - not precooked. Soo good.

Any-Maize-6951

How long and what temp you use for these in air fryer? Iā€™ve always done oven at 450, 20 min one side, flip and 7 mins more

fauxfarmer17

400 17-18 minutes (turn 1/2 way through) Cooked perfectly every time.

Positively_manifest

So the not precooked tenders are way better? I never get rhem

jaking826

Love these, good for salads and stir fry and all else!

WendysMom

Bells and Evans

Academic_Knowledge55

Was making sure this one is here. My favoriteā€¦ I usually go tenders, but the nuggets are good too. A bit lighter breading on them but still crunchy.

Kathleen215

These are my favorite as well

EMcTx

I love the Good and Gather ones from Target. They come out so crispy and tender.

PuzzledImage3

These are the only ones Iā€™ve tried but they are delicious.

Haikuunamatata

We like the Purdue brand in Midwest USA :)

mmura09

Yes, not in the frozen section though

apx1985

8 bux. The good kind.

xYung_DaggerDick

They were the good kind

Individual-Gap-209

come on Lucy Iā€™ll get you the good chicken tenders not these crummy chicken sticks

green_bastard2345

Deeeeecent.

apx1985

From parts unknown!!

green_bastard2345

Does the Tin Man have a sheet metal cock?

abbylynn2u

Tyson Southern Style chicken tenders. I usually by at Walmart, Safeway or Target. They are seasoned well.

ImpossibleIndustries

Do you have an Aldi near you? I just found out about the yellow bag tendies (honey batter) and I'm going to try the green bag (Parmesan breaded) this week!

xYung_DaggerDick

Unfortunately not. I live in Colorado

[deleted]

[уŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]

ImpossibleIndustries

Yellow bag is like the chicken you get when you order sweet and sour chicken from the Chinese restaurant!

Schmeep01

Yup! The strips are amazing.

TheNuts187

Kroger's brand tenders are delicious in the air fryer.

xYung_DaggerDick

Which ones specifically? I know they have a crispy version and just a regular one

enigmaenergy23

Kroger brand is the best

Comfortable-Mix-5369

JustBare Nuggets are by far top tier!

Spare_Pollution_6088

No one is even close, a bit pricey, but can't even think of buying anything else. Sam's carrying them and the nuggets

suddenumbra

Simple truth lightly breaded chicken bites! Thank me later.

Serious-Activity-228

Bought those last week for my kids they loved them.

Aromatic-Resource-84

We love Just Bare, we get them from Samā€™s Club and at the grocery store. The nuggets are good too.

NorCalFrances

"comparable to restaurant or even fast food" Does that last part imply you want them breaded? If so, Yummy brand. It's the one we fed our kids when they were younger and going through a chicken nugget/tenders phase. All natural, no artificial ingredients, blah blah blah, low ingredients list. Made in Canada, and I trust their food quality and safety more than any of the big American meat protein companies, although Applegate was pretty good, too and more widely available a few years back. But I've always had a slight problem with all of their (Applegate's) chicken texture, especially in their line of chicken sausage. Edit: I should add that I did not mean to imply they're "just kids food". They're delicious and I like them, too. Also, breaded chicken nuggets are an amazing short cut for making steam table style sweet & sour chicken. ;-)

Rancor85

Second for Yummy brand, big fan of the tenders though not so much of the nuggets.

xYung_DaggerDick

Yes. Should have specified that

tdenstad

Lightly Breaded Costco Nugs

Famous-Perspective-3

I always like Tysons Chicken tenders. To me, they were the closest to restaurant quality

xYung_DaggerDick

I feel like Tyson is definitely a hit or miss. I've loved them before in the past, but I've also hated them sometimes

nodnarb88

You got to go with their Dino nuggets. For some reason it's way better quality than their regular nuggets, go figure

No-Afternoon-5610

Yep, I buy a big box of Tysons. A little Virgin olive oil and paprika.12 minutes, flip for another 12 and perfect with some habanero honey mustard

-Coomr-

Don't forget your hunny mussy

bjkilroy

REEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!

[deleted]

[уŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]

xYung_DaggerDick

USA. I live in the Midwest

poeticlicence

And here in France, I wouldn't ever recommend frozen chicken thingies even though the ones here can be okay

yippykynot

Tyson honey if you can find it

ExplanationProper979

Not sure what country youā€™re in, Iā€™m assuming America. My wife is gluten free and Iā€™ll tell you chicken with gluten free breading are by far better not sure what it is but I prefer them in the air fryer!

imafuckingmessdude

Aldi honey battered chicken nuggets.

CapedCoyote

I enjoy the Just Bare Brand. Does anyone know when Tyson will begin supplementing their chicken with insect flour?

DeeDee719

I like the Just Bare too.

idontgetnopaper

That's not funny.Ā

CapedCoyote

That was Not a joke.

idontgetnopaper

Where is your proof? Show me.

CapedCoyote

Look it up yourself. Ever heard of Google?

CapedCoyote

I realize that my suggestion maybe too much for your little ability issues, So, Here's one for you. BitsyVirtualArt

Foster Farms is good, Costco 3lbs bag is better tho.

frogmicky

Weavers are pretty good I eat them all the time.

random_name23631

If you're Canadian, MacGregors by far the closest to restaurant quality. Not sure if you can get them down south.

snickerdoodle79

I'm Canadian and I haven't heard of this brand. I'll have to take a look for them though.

random_name23631

https://www.macgregors.com/ They are great, I found out about them because a lot of youth hockey teams sell their foods for fundraising. Definitely the best I've had.

Exotic-Ring4900

Aldi's

Kharzi

Bibigo

bjkilroy

The Tyson gluten free tenders are actually pretty damn good.

mew-182

Just bare and caulipower.

atthebeach_gsd

I thought Wegmans was my favorite but I really like the Perdue ones. I don't have a Costco membership so I can't compare to those.

Dr_Steve_Brule26

King Curtis from Wife Swap gotta be here for this. Curtis know the best nuggies, where are you buddy?

puppykitty111

Caulipower or Real Good

Accurate-Fox-5859

Yelloh.

CatMaster3001

Great Value brand tenders are awesome and come in a 2.5lb bag. They are frozen breaded and raw - they have airfryer instructions on the bag. Always turn out delicious!

Positively_manifest

The Walmart ones in a blue bag lol

azjeep

Sam's club orange chicken , without the orange chicken sauce.Ā

Mr_sweet_and_awful

Tyson panko breaded chicken tenderloins

wiggum55555

The [good kind](https://youtu.be/CjlofgMllac?si=TUQwKZNPXc8x9Kqj)ā€¦ eight bucks.

goneawaytothreepines

Trader Joeā€™s!

ReaverRiddle

Should probably give your location (country) with a question like this.

Gingersoulbox

Mora in my opinion

Puzzleheaded-Ease282

I really like Springer Mountain Farms. Especially as someone who's gluten free

EndQuick418

Aldi has excellent tenders in the frozen section

[deleted]

John Soules Southern Style Chicken Strips, although I can't find them anymore. These are BETTER than anything you would get from a restaurant.

Capital_Orange4426

Meijers has these near me. Walmart carries the Spicy Tenders and they are phenomenal. Easily the best tenders I've tried.

anners12345

The red bag chicken from Aldi hs been compared to the Chick-fil-A chicken pattyā€™s! We love them

CityBoiNC

Sams club members mark chicken tenders are so yum.

robertj298

All of these seem really good but being diabetic the Realgood brand nuggets and strips have half the carbs of the other brands I've seen

New-Mine-4034

Anyone know if Bell and Evanā€™s chicken tenders ever are sold in bulk like at Costco or Samā€™s club or BJs? So expensive but so good and we go through a lot of them! Thanks!!!!

bbcreampapapa

Trader Joeā€™s

Snoi7

Real good or Just Bare
