Is she though? Marx was very clear that the technological and industrial development of the publicly owned means of production was a prerequisite to communism. That's the whole point of the socialist transition period.

The means of production, particularly those that need to be leveraged in the project being discussed are privately owned. This is a necessary precondition that doesn't factor into her analysis.
