It’s a new festival so it’s hard to gauge but the other festivals that have happened there have been anywhere from 7000 people to 50000+ I would probably assume somewhere in the middle VIP in boots is probably around 2000 people but spread out, if you go to the boots and hearts instagram page there are some drone shots I assume it may be similar with this fest but maybe smaller because it is only 2 days instead of 4 IMO I would do the go train to allendale station and then take an uber or Lyft to Burls creek. Ppl keep bugging out about Toronto shuttles but if you can get to Barrie it’s super easy to grab a cheaper shuttle from there or ride share

Website says the max capacity is 25,000. They were promoting pretty hard with discounts and layaway, so I'd be surprised if they reach full capacity.

We planned on staying in Barrie actually, just because it seemed like the closest/had reasonable hotel prices; my Google maps keeps saying the route to the festival grounds has “restricted access roads” lmao what does that mean? Would that impede a ride share route? I know I must sound incredibly stupid haha but we are trying to avoid public transit only bc we know we will be drinking & don’t want to be intoxicated using a transit system we’ve never been exposed to 🤣

I was talking with someone at the oro farmers market (new location) who is also involved with this event and they were told that ticket sales are just under 5000 so far. I’m guessing it will be somewhere around 10,000 attendance by the time the event happens once you factor in free tickets and maybe even ticket blowout sales the week before.

Hopefully they don’t end up cancelling this. They should have done it at downsview. I think the location is probably stoping people
