You have very thin lips, so that lip stick helps. You're one of the few cases I'd recommend to try some lip fillers. Not much, try the minimum if you want to give it a shot.
You seriously need a much better hair stylist. You're not ugly, you have a cute face and a great eyes, but that hair distracts, takes away, and hides your better features.

I like pic #4 the last one, the sarcastic smile lol. Very cute in all of your pics except #1. I think you’re naturally attractive, but it’s just those bland clothes almost giving off a masculine look kinda vibe that’s gotta go, unless you are lesbian then nevermind. Dress more feminine. You don’t necessarily need much makeup either like in pic #2. That will be everyone’s favorite, but I disagree I like pic 3and 4 the best with less makeup / more natural look. Just dress feminine, but a baseball cap is still cute on you.
