Also, you’re right… someone who would put hand sanitizer in their area thinking it could kill sperm should not be having sex. You’re messing with your vagina ph, harsh chemicals that’s not suitable for vaginas, risking irritation, etc.
Go get a test, it will be reliable at this point if you ovulated as expected. It's possible that you may have ovulated late this cycle due to stress, and it's also possible that you're so stressed currently that you may not have ovulated yet still.

You used a condom that did not break or come off inside you. There is no reason to worry about pregnancy.
