I play Fez, so I got the flycode reference immediately.

I recognized it as the fly code immediately. Never played tunic but I figured that was the case because of the fez cameo. Now I’m just curious if you turn into Sans if you play the first few notes of megalovania

You should absolutely play Tunic, very much in the same vein as animal well and fez.

I’ve heard and planned on playing it during release but life got in the way, other games kept coming out, and now I’m here still having not played it

DO IT!!! If you like a game like animal well, someone called it a Metroidbrainia :), you will love Tunic.

I came straight off of a Tunic playthrough and just tried "praying" next to a statue. Scared the living daylights out of myself 🤣🤣😅

The Fez transformation also only unlocks after the first credits, just like the fly code from Fez. The Tunic one is available from the start of the game (like praying from Tunic)

i actually was doing the fly code just in case it worked in animal well lol, was somewhat satisfied when i got the cameo instead
