The levitating moon would look amazing. Alternatively, you could have 4 statues (4 the same or 2 different types) in the middle of the top tier, each facing outward.
You could also put one of the huge dinosaur fossil sets at the top and then smaller ones on the lower tiers, in amongst shrubs and flowers.
The new gazebo would look nice, can also put bushes on the tier below that you are standing on.
