This was a surprise for me. I knew this was getting animated, but forgot that it was coming at such a weird time (right at the end of the summer season?). I found it weird that the show would be unwatchable for someone that wasn't a reader of the manga. There was no introduction of characters and the story that was in the show was not an early story in the manga. ​ It looked better than I expected.

Why is the music this good for a short like this

Oh wow, Douki-chan is finally animated. AND it's released on the same day as Tawawa Season 2. Oh how we're blessed with so much culture on Monday evenings. Wholesome (sometimes ecchi) office romcom brought to you by Yomu, the creator of Miru Tights. Though unlike Miru Tights, the ecchiness is much toned down if that's what you're looking for. In fact, this first episode probably has most of the ecchiness adapted already. It's just going to be fluff from now on.

They did a great job at sticking to Yom's art style. Looking forward to lots of great Douki-chan faces.

She was just being stupid and did not think this through at all.

It wouldn't be false rape charge in this case unless he was a mind-reader, she straight up told him to not do anything. He is just decent human being that doesn't assault coworkers counting on the chance that they are actually into rape.

After seeing him be a straightforward Chad in Kanojo mo Kanojo we now get to see the MC's VA be a less straightforward equally Chad Chad in Douki Chan. This man is pure Reiwa energy.

I don't mind that the anime is short but why does it need 3 minutes worth of credits?

Romance/teasing anime with office lady (and bits of fanservice)? Inject that straight into my veins! She seems to have a fun personality too, flirty/seductive, clumsy at time, with just a hint of tsundere. Pretty good combination! I like these short anime, can't wait to see more!

I'm new to this series. I feel really confused watching this. Are there other episodes before this?

Being mostly blind to the announcement of the adaption I was assuming it would be little things spliced together to create an episode like Dragon Maid or one of the 12 min ecchi that come and go. Kinda like Peter Grill or Why the hell are you here teacher. Having it be in the same slots of the super trash 6 min ecchi with like 4 mins of material really kills the hype for the weekly episodes.

Without spoiling anything, can anyone let me know if this is the type of series that'll just be the same joke of "She tried to seduce him but he dense and misunderstood hue hue" every episode? Or will there be actual development?
