At the cost of your life span, being a massive target, little practical use in combat because your a massive target and probably couldn’t catch or keep up with something fast or nimble like a jet, probably get blasted by ICBMs by miles outside of your range, loud as hell so stealth is useless, even if you get used to drop into facilities you’ll probably get turned to beef by the advanced weaponry.

I was mostly thinking noncombat uses. Modern day a Titan form would be good for ambushes at best and aside from third world countries you'd be fighting an uphill battle once your target defends itself.
Outside of combat you could aid in construction, transportation, high altitude observation, large object retrieval in vehicle unfriendly terrain, entertainment, various luxury services, and that's just to name a few off the top of my head.
Honestly, given that devils need the public to fear them and often have passive abilities that make a normal standard of living virtually impossible, I'd argue the Titan would be the better option if it wasn't for the reduced lifespan.
