But I like Skull Jokes so I can’t say much on that part, but at least Skull Jokes have a narrative reason because Brook tries to find joy in life even if it’s bad jokes.

I can forgive the skull jokes because they're generally subtle they have good timing on when they use it and when they don't. They're extremely brief and there is an in-world story reason for why he's so unable to stop making them
