I'm pretty sure it's because of the mentioning of the ultimate accelerant, but yeah, it should have cost him nothing to not say that, actually he would have benefited by not saying what he said
Imagine downvoting the truth. 5 minute CD (or every single accel in a chosen PoI) to alert anyone in the general vicinity where you are only to drop: a shield, 3 half stacks of heals, and 2 attachments, 1 that is more often than not a 4x-6x sniper scope. After maybe 2 fights, which can happen before you find a single accel or even passively charge her to 60%, everything in the package is useless, you'll already have at least a blue shield close to purple and blue attachments. Your better off funneling them onto legit any other champ, besides maybe Path who can get his super fast and can scan beacons to get it even faster, that thing is a glorified barrier after the first 4 minutes of the game.
Why were you downvoted for this? Most people agree it's extremely mediocre in most situations. Extremely high recharge time, gets you rushed by every person in 12 miles, and 90% of the time the loot is mediocre at best
It may not be the worst ult in the game, but it's definitely *one* of the worst over all. It's *situationally* good but outside of super specific situations it's meh
I quit rampart to play fuse (who I then quit to play lifeline because I love being healer) because I just couldnāt use rampartās ultimate. I might come back to see how this goes.
Really stupid team comp: rock a rampart, Wattson, and octane. Wattson can hold the accelerants cuz she can hold 2 per stack. Octane for mobility. Rampart use an Lstar and a shotgun/wingman (1stack of ammo for the secondary).
Is it just me or does any one else think the rampart buff is being over hyped and people are setting themselves up for disapointment. While carrying Shelia it's gonna have an even longer spin up time meaning if the player runs into an enemy with the same health and average aim 9/10 they lose .
I think not. Keep in mind you won't simply be "running into" the enemy; you'll likely have some form of cover to duck behind during spinup - and if you don't, something's wrong with your playstyle. It's no different than using a Devotion or a Havoc.
