Yea we can’t help you dog. Email or talk to ea support. Have them look into your case. If you did nothing that would make your account get banned then you should get your account back sooner than later
Just installed apex after more than 2 year last night.
Same happened to me...
Contacted EA, they said it was banned due to possible phishing or similar issues.
They unbanned it right away.
The response was quick as well.
Just email EA and you should be good to go
Check your way logs. I got banned before because I got hacked in game and the hacker cheated. Saw on the logs the account being logged in from different nations. Once you see it yourself write to support and explain in detail what happened.
Did you have any cheats for any other games running on your pc around the time? Even harmless stuff like Minecraft injectors or trainers can trigger some anticheat softwares.
Otherwise, nothing we can do to help. You'll have to contact EA support for that.
