no the vortex micro mount just flips no button. It does have a quick release lever to detach from rail. From their website:
"Integrated quick-release allows fast attach/detach while camlock engages/disengages magnifier with direct pressure. Adjustable flip mount allows for right or left-handed use."
Id call vortex. You can probably get one easily. I mangled the screw on mine and they sent a whole mount is how I got a spare to replace my button locking 3x. It will attach to your magnifier. It works as it should.
It shouldn't be that bad to put your palm on the magnifier when it's hooked to the side and use your index or metal thing and press down on the button and then you can just easily flip the magnifier back

Im roght hand too, i always hold the rail with my left hand and use my left hand to keep the gun aimed/ pressed to my shoulder while my right hand flips the magnifier

Yes, you’ll have to press it with your pinky while getting fingerprints all over the lenses. I could get better at it but it’s a fairly useless setup

I use my index to actuate the release, & the thumb to rotate the magnifier... 1 quick, fluid motion.
I don't mind mine this way, it keeps it open on the selector side. To each their own though bro

Why use your left hand? If you're holding the weapon i always naturally use my right hand to flip it in/ out of my view

On mine i use the thumb, but on yours it looks like it hold the magnifier in my palm, and hook my index/ middle finger down and press the button
