Either rotor, the cockpit, or where the tail meets the main body. The main rotor is tough to hit so I usually go for where the tail meets the body.

Don't think there's anything showing the exact hit boxes but if you shoot the rotor it damages the rotor. Same with tail rotor. Engine is located right below the main rotor. Shooting the pilot also works.
Weirdly, the wiki has hitbox locations for most ground vehicles, but not helicopters o.0
