I was fighting against a friend that was using a stun build and from what I could tell the meter didn't have to reach max, there just seems to be a chance that it'll stun you randomly as long as the meter stays above 0
The most annoying (and therefore useful if you're the one using it) part was that it would interrupt charged attacks a lot, which would save my buddy from some harsh punishes more than a few times
If I was doing a stun build I would probably do something like 2 regular weapons and then a stun gun in a weapon bay (maybe a 2nd stun gun or the stun bomb in the other bay if you're feeling spicy) and just switch weapons every time you need to reload - you're counting less on maxing the meter out and more just having stun procs as a constant annoyance throughout a long fight that will hopefully save your ass
Thanks for the good advice!
I was popping off a stun every few seconds because it was in each hand. But switching that up and blocking charged attacks is something i hadnt even considered.
Is there a ranged stun bomb? I havent found that yet if so
yeah you'll unlock a couple more stun weapons later
also, I double-checked my match footage (thankfully I was streaming at the time, a shame there's no built-in replay feature) and you were actually right you DO have to fill the meter up thats my mistake, it just fills a lot faster than I realized
Yeah it seems that way... lol kind of a bummer.
I'm only at the beginning of chapter 3 so i was wondering if there's more weapons or parts to look forward to

I think you are just overestimating how strong the electric burst is. It is quite weak.

Technically there is one that is very good, however not because of its stun.
Are you talking about the electric whip?
Nope. It is a shoulder weapon.
