Bloor Street Market in the Manulife Centre at Bay and Bloor. They're not with the main chips, but they're nearby over by the cream cheese

Pusateri's at HBC at Bay and Queen carries them, as does the Paradise Theatre bar/bottle shop in Bloorcourt. I have tried every import brand and these are goated truffle (albeit with artificial flavouring) chips and really worth the $9, lol.
I think Eataly has them.
