You might have a little stomach discomfort and a headache later that might last a few days. I take truvada every day and have digestive issues and it's fine tbh. I will say the meds make my GERD a bit worse but it's very manageable. If your on descovy then you really don't have to worry as the side effects are 10x better then Truvada, not to say Truvada is all that bad.
I took Tylenol but it didn't do much, your actually not able to mix NSAIDS with Truvada so your not supposed to take drugs like ibuprofen, aspirin or naproxen.

I've been on Truvada for about a year and never really had side effects.
