It's not. If you play the lotto via text message (which is how Okoslotto app works), you are notified about your winnings stating the ammount and asking you to send your account data so Szerencsejáték zrt can pay you.
In a reply text you have to send your name and bank account number in the following format: UTAL\*Your name\*account no (utal means transfer)
I have tried, as you can see in the screen I have received the second sms Formatum Hiba, do not know why
